Meet the founders
Mr. Luqman Gymkhana Hilal
Co-founder and owner of Tanzania World Link, together with Steven Sandhu and James Thadeus Mramba. With deep roots in Tanzania and a passion for connecting people, cultures and opportunity, he brings together the country's landscapes, harvests and community spirit under one trusted name.
He is also the founder of The Impact Crew TZ, a youth-led CBO that equips orphaned children with practical skills — sewing and tailoring, batik, knitting and other trades — so that when they grow up they can provide for themselves with dignity.
He is also the founder of the Bei Elekezi marketplace app, where people can find apartments and much more.

Steven Sandhu
Steven Sandhu is a co-founder of Tanzania World Link, a prominent Tanzanian political analyst, actor, and entertainment coordinator. He first gained widespread public attention in the early 2010s through his work in the local Swahili film industry, commonly known as Bongo Movie or Swahiliwood.

James Thadeus Mramba, popularly known as Dr. Mr. English Worldwide, is a co-founder of Tanzania World Link and a Tanzanian entrepreneur, language educator, freelance city experience tour guide, animal health service provider, livestock farmer and digital innovation enthusiast.
His work brings together tourism, language education, animal care, livestock development, agricultural entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, digital communication and international business networking.

James Thadeus Mramba — Dr. Mr. English Worldwide — with the Fourth President of the United Republic of Tanzania, H.E. Dr. Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete. We honour Dr. Kikwete's lifelong service to the nation, his statesmanship across Africa and the world, and his enduring belief in young Tanzanians. His example of humility, unity and vision continues to inspire the work we do in tourism, education and connecting Tanzania with the world.
