The Impact Crew TZ is a registered, independent youth-led non-profit Community Based Organisation (NGO/CBO) based in Tanzania. It works alongside orphanages and community centres, and it is legally and financially separate from Tanzania World Link.
About The Impact Crew TZ
To create a generation of confident, skilled, self-reliant and responsible young people capable of transforming their communities and contributing to Tanzania's sustainable development.
To empower vulnerable children and youth through vocational skills, talent development, education support, entrepreneurship, leadership training and life skills.
Who we work with
Vulnerable children and youth, reached through partnerships with orphanages and community centres. Young people take part as participants and leaders — their skills and talents lead the story, not their circumstances.

Founder of Impact Orphanage
Skills today, independence tomorrow.
He founded Impact Orphanage to give orphaned children practical skills, confidence and a path forward. The goal is simple: when they reach adulthood, they are ready to stand on their own feet rather than depend on handouts.
Child safeguarding
Because our programmes involve children, published content is privacy-conscious by design. We never publish children's full names, addresses, phone numbers or other sensitive personal details.
Stories and photographs are only published where a guardian or partner institution has given documented consent, and every item is approved by an authorised administrator before it appears on this site. Consent records are held privately and are never publicly accessible.
Independent and separately accountable

The Impact Crew TZ is a registered independent youth-led non-profit Community Based Organisation in Tanzania. It has its own leadership, programmes, bank records and reports. It is not a department, project or brand of Tanzania World Link.
Separate money, separate reports
Contributions to The Impact Crew TZ are recorded as independent transactions with their own IDs and receipts. They are never mixed with Tanzania World Link's tourism or shop revenue. Where the two organisations collaborate, the arrangement is documented and approved by both sides.
